1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TubeDoe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TubeDoe provides AI-powered tools for YouTube growth, SEO, thumbnails, analytics and competitive intelligence. Features may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be 16+ to use TubeDoe.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, abusive automation, or use to violate YouTube's Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Credits & billing

Plans are credit-based. Credits reset monthly and unused credits roll over for 30 days. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds within 7 days of first purchase.

6. AI output

AI-generated content (titles, scripts, thumbnails) is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

7. Termination

You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Liability

TubeDoe is provided without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
